Outlet slabs range in condition from 'same as new' (e.g. discontinued products) to damaged (e.g. chipped or warped).  Any areas of significant damage are deducted from the listed prices. We strongly recommend that you check with the Cosentino Customer Service representative at your local warehouse to check on condition and usability, and/or visit to inspect the slab before you purchase.

Cosentino will not store purchased Silestone slabs for more than a few days. Customers must have a fabricator available to pick up or take delivery of the slab shortly after purchase.

Depending on your specific product, local pick up may be offered at Unbuilt's warehouse, or the location where the product resides if sold by a remote Seller.  Some products may only be shipped. Check your product details to understand your options.  You must contact customer service to arrange a time for pick-up, since locations are not always staffed.  You'll be given a an invoice at time of pick-up that you can pay electronically.    Cash and checks are not accepted.

Tile is heavy and generally shipped via freight. Specific costs are generated by Concrete Collaborative based on prevailing freight shipping costs on an order by order basis. Typically, freight shipping costs between $125 to $325 (for larger orders) wich includes a crating fee.

Yes. Despite Cosentino's deep commitment to sustainability, like all producers, they are not able to sell every piece of material that they bring to market. These materials become 'leftover' and it can be difficult to sell them without help. Your purchase of a single stone slab weighing 1,000 lbs may offset up to 3,000 lbs of carbon emissions involved in manufacturing and distributing a new one!

We offer a full service consignment model, where we pick up goods and hold them at our warhehouse until they sell, or a remote model where we list items located at your location and coordinate shipping with you when they sell. Once an item sells, we give buyers a chance to return it, then pay you a share of the proceeds, 50% for sull service, or 75% for remote. Our goal is to save you time and money, while providing specialized customer support and access to a niche audience of serious buyers.

For items stored at Unbuilt's warehouse, it's 50%, though some type of expensive items may earn more, and some categories of extra large items may earn less due to storage costs. We don't sell bargain brands or out-of-date items that are already widely available and deeply discounted elsewhere on the web. For dimensional items like tile or flooring, we have minimum 'usable' amount requirements see below:

You certify that the items are authentic to the best of your knowledge, and you understand that intentionally selling items that you know are, or suspect to be counterfeit is a crime. In addition, you attest that you have inspected any items submitted for sale, and have accurately disclosed any information that you have regarding the condition of the items, including damage, presence of dirt or debris, missing parts or functional issues that could reasonably be considered pertinent to a prospective buyer.

Net Proceeds are calculated as the Gross Proceeds (total amount paid by Buyer) minus transaction charges, including listing fees, sales commissions and promotion charges from 3rd party partners (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Google) as well as payment processing fees and additional shipping charges not covered by the buyer. Net Proceeds are typically 10 to 15% lower than Gross Proceeds.

Unfortunately, property insurance generally provides compensation only to property owners. Since you continue to own your property while it is in our possession, we recommend ensuring that your insurance coverage extends to property located temporarily outside of your primary premises. While loss or damage to items is rare, and we do our best to compensate partners for the estimated potential Seller Share, due to these insurance restrictions, we are unbale to guarantee compensation beyond $600 total lost value per consignor.

Are there any logistics or handling charges for sellers?

Unless mutually agreed, Unbuilt will never bill you for services associated with your items. However, deductions may be applied to your accrued Seller Share Balance to cover costs of Labor, Materials and Equipment for items or sales with logistics requirements. These deductions may include:

Re-Packaging: Labor and packing supply cost for re-boxing or crating items to ensure safe shipping.
Item Pick-up: Labor and equipment charges incurred to pick-up items. Fee may be waived for qualifying lots.
Large Heavy Items: 10% deduction to Seller Share for items over 350 pounds or 18 cubic feet. Typically applies to Tile, Lumber, Flooring and large Doors Systems.
Long-term Storage: For items left unsold after 9 months of listing, a deduction will accrue of $.50 per cubic foot of required storage space per month.
